BETH KENNEDY

Beth Kennedy has been a foster parent since 2010 and involved with the Co-Mentoring program at SCFFAA/Extraordinary Families and now Stepping Forward LA.  She and her husband have two amazing foster daughters and have gained a wealth of knowledge about the opportunities and challenges facing foster youth. 

She is deeply committed to foster youth facing the "real world" as they navigate from their diverse living situations to self-sufficiency and independence. Stepping Forward LA provides a much-needed support system, engaging internship opportunities, and a dedicated mentoring program.  Beth is excited to be a member of this Advisory Council as they strive to extend the reach of this much-needed organization.
