Charlie Gallagher is Executive Director of The LEAP Foundation, a non-profit organization equipping the next generation of leaders with life and leadership skills. LEAP hosts a 6-day intensive summer program annually at UCLA, where 400+ young leaders from around the globe gather to learn skills necessary for success in college and career. 

He has been involved with youth programming for the past 10 years and is excited to bring his experience to Stepping Forward LA.
